    We support Maryland’s horse and racing industry and their endeavor to gain slot machines and video gaming devices at racetracks to supplement purse and breeding bonus accounts. If slots and video gaming devices are allowed at locations other than racetracks, we support using a minimum of 25% of the total net revenue to the state to supplement the purse and Maryland Bred Fund accounts to equal the average dollar value of the three highest states in Purse and Breeding bonus accounts.
